One-Arm Chest Fly: Low / High (Tubing)
			
		One arm out from side 
at hip level, other hand 
on abdomen, sweep arm 
toward midline in front 
of body and up to head 
level. Keep hips still.
		Repeat with other arm.
		Do ____ repetitions,
